Our hens live a happy, healthy life on the move. They are free to roam fresh pasture and supplement their diet by foraging for a variety of things they love to eat. This includes everything from fresh grass, herbs to insects and worms.

We are proud to work with Leighton Linslade Community Fridge, donating our imperfect and short-dated eggs to them. In return we collect food from them that is past its Use By Date (vegetables, fruit and stale bread), and feed this to the chickens.

Our hens have access to their hen house throughout the day for shelter and for laying. However unlike battery or barn chickens, we rotate their outdoor access to pasture. This keeps them busy finding more natural food and producing deliciously nutrient-dense eggs, but also helps us better manage and improve our soil health and regenerate our fields. Additive rather than depletive farming.
